I have not received the lighthouse.

I have not received the lighthouse.I haven't received the headlight. I've tried to contact you via the website chat, but no one answers. I sent you an email asking about my headlight order, but no one answers either. This sounds like a scam. A new Hidoes B3 bike, and the battery fails, the headlight burns out, and it doesn't work. It's a disgrace, and no one takes responsibility. I'll have to report it to the police.
