In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 2-7 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.

Total time = process time + shipping time.

We offer 1-year warranty for the bike, 6-month warranty for the battery, warranty time starting from the date you receive the goods.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, you can simply return and refund. Please note customers are responsible for returning shipping fee. We will either provide a replacement or a refund (shipping fee excluded), depending upon your requirement after receiving the exchanged item of your order.

Note: We do not accept returns due to reasons such as the bike/scooter cannot be registered, requires a driver's license to drive, or is illegal.
